The website is for your information only. There are no options for interaction; no log files are created and no cookies are used. Your IP address will not be passed on to third parties.
Personal Data
The CVs, contact details and personal documents provided are stored individually and exclusively for the purpose of arranging management positions on behalf of clients. For security reasons, this information is not collected via the homepage. Your processing is always carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Automated decision-making in accordance with Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, GDPR is fundamentally excluded.
In accordance with the guidelines of the GDPR, personal documents and emails that are sent without consent for storage will be deleted immediately after the statutory retention periods have expired.
It is up to you to decide whether your personal documents and your contact details (email address, address, telephone number) should be saved for a project. In principle, no personal data will be passed on to third parties/clients without your express consent.
Routine Erasure and Blocking of Personal Data
Upon request, you will of course be informed about the personal data we have stored about you. You also have the option to object to the processing of your data at any time. To do this, please contact the email address given in the imprint of the website. Revoking consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its revocation.
Legal basis
Art. 6 I lit. a GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which consent can be obtained for a specific processing purpose. If the processing of personal data requires the fulfillment of a contract, the processing is based on Art. 6 I lit. b GDPR. The same also applies to processing operations that are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures, such as dealing with CVs.
